Add chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, and cilantro to a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture is coarse but well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
Mix in baking powder and flour until combined.
Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly brush falafel with olive oil.
Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove when golden and crispy and serve hot.
