  • 2 pieces Filet mignon steaks about 6 oz each
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp Paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp Butter for topping, optional
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the filet mignon steaks dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub steaks with olive oil on all sides.
  4. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Place steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip using tongs.
  7. Cook for another 4–5 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
  8. Remove steaks from the air fryer and top with butter if using.
  9. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
