Ingredients
  

  • 3 pcs Avocados ripe
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato small, diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 Green chili finely chopped, optional
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados using a fork until slightly chunky or smooth as desired.
  3. Add lime juice and mix well to prevent browning.
  4. Stir in chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and green chili.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Mix everything gently until well combined.
  7. Let the guacamole rest for 5 minutes for flavors to develop.
  8. Serve fresh with chips or as a side dish.
