Place chicken in a mixing bowl or baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs.
Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme evenly.
Rub seasoning all over the chicken.
Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
