Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme or rosemary

  • 1 Mixing bowl For seasoning
  • 1 Tongs For handling chicken

  • 1 Oven Preheated

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
  6. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  7. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
