- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Place chicken thighs in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
- Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
