Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
Cover ham loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake ham for 1 hour and 40 minutes, basting occasionally with pan juices.
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, mustard, and cloves.
Cook glaze over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Remove foil from ham and brush generously with glaze.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top of ham.
Return ham to oven uncovered and bake for 20 minutes.
Brush with additional glaze during the last 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest before slicing.
