Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Divide the beef mixture into equal portions.
Place cheddar cheese in the center of each portion and shape into balls.
Wrap each beef ball tightly with bacon slices.
Arrange bacon bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each bacon bomb generously with BBQ sauce.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked through.
Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
