Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef lean
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Chili powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked preferred
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Sour cream full-fat
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 cups Doritos crushed
  • ½ cup Milk optional, for creaminess
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add ground beef.
  3. Cook beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in garlic, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and mix in sour cream and milk.
  7. Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the baking dish.
  8. Spoon beef mixture evenly over the Doritos.
  9. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Add remaining Doritos over the cheese layer.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
