Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook until golden on both sides.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté briefly.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
Sprinkle red chili flakes if using and remove from heat.
