Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
Place a spoonful of filling onto each tortilla.
Roll tightly into taquito shape and secure if needed.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
