Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour for coating
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil for frying
  • cup Hot honey store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Shallow bowl
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast evenly in the seasoned flour.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pan-fry chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Transfer chicken to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the crispy chicken.
  8. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
