Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess grease from the cooked beef.
- Stir taco seasoning into the beef and mix well.
- Add Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, milk, onion, and garlic to the Crock Pot.
- Add the cooked beef mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 1½ to 2 hours.
- Stir occasionally until the cheese is fully melted and smooth.
- Add jalapeños if desired for extra spice.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
