Method
- Place pork shoulder in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic over the pork.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly.
- Pour chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until pork is very tender.
- Remove pork and shred using two forks.
- Discard excess fat and return shredded pork to the crockpot.
- Stir in BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Serve warm as desired.
