Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked ham finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise adjust for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp Salt optional, adjust as needed
  • 1 tbsp Pickle relish optional, for tangy flavor

Method
 

  1. Add chopped ham to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until finely minced but not pureed.
  3. Transfer the ham to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and paprika.
  5. Mix well until creamy and evenly combined.
  6. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Stir in pickle relish if using.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes befor
  9. Serve on bread, crackers, or as a dip.
