Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Asparagus trimmed, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet or pan Non-stick preferred
  • 1 Cutting board For prep
  • 1 Knife Sharp
  • 1 Spatula or tongs For turning chicken

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken bites to the pan in a single layer.
  3. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  6. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté briefly.
  7. Add asparagus and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and toss with asparagus.
  9. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir to coat.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
