Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken bites to the pan in a single layer.
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté briefly.
Add asparagus and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to the pan and toss with asparagus.
Drizzle with lemon juice and stir to coat.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
