Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Salt adjust as needed
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 large Flour tortillas soft
  • ¼ cup Garlic sauce store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup Lettuce shredded
  • ½ cup Tomatoes sliced

Equipment

  • 1 Large skillet
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Spatula or tongs
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and slice into strips.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
  7. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
  8. Spread garlic sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  9. Add cheesy chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  10. Roll tortillas tightly into wraps and serve warm.
