Garlic Lemon Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest fresh
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

  • 1 Baking dish or skillet
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Knife

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  4. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place chicken thighs skin-side up in a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for crispier skin.
  9. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
