Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin preferred
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups Cauliflower florets bite-sized pieces
  • ½ tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 2 tbsp Butter optional for extra flavor
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated, optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly browned.
  4. Stir in cauliflower florets and mix well.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Cover the skillet and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add butter and stir until melted and combined.
  8. Cook uncovered for 2–3 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Serve warm as a main dish or side.
