Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Bite-sized garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs made with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and buttery dough. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these are perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef lean
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough cut into pieces
  • 3 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Remove beef from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Flatten biscuit dough pieces into small circles.
  6. Place cooked beef and shredded cheddar in the center of each dough circle.
  7. Wrap dough around filling and seal tightly to form a ball.
  8. Place bombs seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  9. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over dough balls.
  10. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  11. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
