Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning dried
  • ½ tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Equipment

  • 8 Skewers
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Grill pan or grill
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using.
  2. Add chicken cubes to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss to coat chicken evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers evenly.
  6. Preheat grill pan or grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  8. Mix melted butter with lemon juice and brush over hot skewers.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can bake these skewers at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes if no grill is available.
  • Chicken thighs can be used for juicier skewers.
  • Serve with garlic sauce, salad, or rice.
  • For extra crisp edges, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
