Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe

Crispy garlic parmesan wings tossed in buttery garlic sauce and coated with rich parmesan cheese. These wings are easy to make and perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Chicken wings split, tips removed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika optional
  • 3 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Baking tray
  • 1 Wire rack
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Small saucepan
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Place a wire rack on the tray and lightly grease it.
  3. Pat chicken wings dry and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Toss wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  8. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  9. Transfer baked wings to a clean bowl.
  10. Pour garlic butter over wings and toss to coat evenly.
  11. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over wings and toss gently.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack so air circulates.
  • You can air-fry the wings at 380°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes.
  • Add chili flakes for a spicy garlic parmesan version.
  • Best served fresh and hot.
