Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
Rub the herb butter evenly over the turkey breast and under the skin if possible.
Place turkey breast in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Roast uncovered for 60–75 minutes, basting occasionally.
Check internal temperature and cook until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
Cover loosely with foil and let the turkey rest for 15 minutes.
Slice and serve warm.
