Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb Turkey breast Bone-in or boneless
  • 6 tbsp Butter Softened, unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Optional
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • ½ tsp Paprika Optional
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Fresh

Equipment

  • 1 Roasting pan With rack preferred
  • 1 Aluminum foil For covering
  • 1 Mixing bowl For herb butter
  • 1 Basting brush Optional
  • 1 Meat thermometer Recommended
  • 1 Cutting board For slicing
  • 1 Knife Sharp

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
  4. Rub the herb butter evenly over the turkey breast and under the skin if possible.
  5. Place turkey breast in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Roast uncovered for 60–75 minutes, basting occasionally.
  7. Check internal temperature and cook until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Cover loosely with foil and let the turkey rest for 15 minutes.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
