  • ½ tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp Salt adjust as needed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place sweet potatoes and sausage on a sheet pan or large skillet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
  7. Pour honey garlic sauce over the roasted sausage and sweet potatoes.
  8. Return to oven and roast for 5 more minutes until glazed.
  9. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
