Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Hot dogs beef or chicken
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder optional
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste

  • 1 Oven or grill
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Slice hot dogs into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place hot dog pieces into a baking dish.
  4. Add melted butter and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper over the hot dogs.
  6. Pour BBQ sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Cook until sauce thickens and edges become caramelized.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
