Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Pork chops bone-in or boneless, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder optional
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning dried
  • ½ tsp Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Baking dish Oven-safe
  • 1 Aluminium foil Optional, for covering
  • 1 Mixing bowl For seasoning
  • 1 Tongs For handling pork
  • 1 Meat thermometer Optional but recommended

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Place pork chops in a mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper evenly.
  6. Rub seasoning into both sides of the pork chops.
  7. Arrange pork chops in a greased baking dish.
  8. Drizzle lemon juice over the pork chops.
  9. Bake uncovered for 22–25 minutes until cooked through.
  10. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
