Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Sour cream full-fat for best taste
  • 1 cup Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Salt adjust as needed
  • ½ cup Crushed crackers Ritz-style or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and mix well.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until evenly combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle the cracker topping evenly over the casserole.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
