Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Simmer meat sauce for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella, and meat sauce.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Rest lasagna for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
