Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Paprika smoked or regular
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp Black pepper to taste
  • ¾ tsp Salt adjust as needed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh, optional

  • 1 Parchment paper or foil
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  4. Place chicken thighs in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss the chicken until evenly coated with seasoning.
  7. Arrange chicken thighs skin-side up on the baking tray.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  9. Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispy skin (optional).
  10. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
