- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to make thinner cutlets.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken cutlet into beaten egg.
- Coat chicken evenly with the parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
