Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Bell peppers chopped
  • ½ cup Mushrooms sliced
  • ¼ cup Black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Pepperoni sliced, optional
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning dried
  • ¼ tsp Red chili flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped, garnish

  • 1 Oven-safe bowls Ceramic or glass
  • 1 Baking tray To place bowls
  • 1 Oven Preheated
  • 1 Spoon Preheated
  • 1 Measuring cups Optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place oven-safe bowls on a baking tray.
  3. Spoon pizza sauce evenly into the bottom of each bowl.
  4. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Top with bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and chili flakes on top.
  7. Add remaining mozzarella cheese as the final layer.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
