- Butter one side of each bread slice evenly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place two bread slices butter-side down in the skillet.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the bread.
- Add shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the filling.
- Top with remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
