Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place each square into a mini muffin tin cavity.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then crumble.
- Add a small amount of cooked sausage into each pastry cup.
- Top with a cube of brie cheese.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
