Sausage Cranberry Brie Bites

These sausage cranberry brie bites are the perfect bite-sized appetizer, combining savory sausage, creamy brie, and sweet cranberry sauce in a flaky pastry. Ideal for holidays and parties.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 200 g Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 150 g Brie cheese cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup Cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme optional, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  3. Place each square into a mini muffin tin cavity.
  4. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then crumble.
  5. Add a small amount of cooked sausage into each pastry cup.
  6. Top with a cube of brie cheese.
  7. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh thyme if using.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
