Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Noodles spaghetti or ramen
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil optional
  • ¼ cup Warm water to thin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp Green onions chopped, garnish
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds optional garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Large pot
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk or spoon
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Pan

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions until tender.
  2. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey.
  4. Add minced garlic, sesame oil, lemon juice, and warm water.
  5. Whisk the sauce until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Heat in a pan for 1–2 minutes if desired.
  8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
