- Add flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
