Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices Texas toast garlic bread frozen
  • ½ cup Pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Pepperoni sliced, optional
  • ¼ cup Black olives sliced, optional
  • ¼ cup Bell peppers diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning dried
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil chopped, garnish

  • 1 Spoon For spreading sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven according to the Texas toast package instructions.
  2. Place frozen Texas toast slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  4. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers as desired.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  8. Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
